This Valentine’s Day, I would like to put the cupids, carnations and conversation-hearts aside and offer some of my time and my heart to the people that I know and I don’t as well. I propose to deliver some homemade Valentine’s cards and heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies made by someone I know to an old age home in the vicinity of where I stay. I really want to make a difference and strongly feel that behind our everyday roles and responsibilities, each one of us at essence is a loving human being.
